Mr. Immad Uddin Ahmed

Mr. Immad Uddin Ahmed has extensive experience in teaching and research across secondary and higher educational institutions, including Reflections School and the University of Karachi.

Mr. Immad holds a double Master’s degree in Islamic Studies. He earned the Shahadat-ul-Aalmiya (equivalent to an M.A. in Arabic and Islamic Studies) from “Jamia tul Uloom al Islamia, Allama Banuri Town”, Karachi (2010), and a regular M.A. in Islamic Studies from the Department of Quran and Sunnah, University of Karachi (2013). He further specialized in Hadith and its Sciences at “Jamia tul Uloom al Islamia Allama Banuri Town” (2012).

In addition, Mr. Immad completed a Persian Language Certificate and Diploma from the University of Karachi (2016), enabling him to engage in the study and analysis of ancient Persian manuscripts. He earned his M.Phil. in Islamic Studies from the Department of Quran and Sunnah, University of Karachi (2022), with a thesis titled “Urban Organizing in the Era of the Prophetﷺ: An Analytical Study.”

He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. focused on ancient Persian manuscripts of Sufism, exploring their role in drawing people of diverse faiths toward Allah and promoting interreligious tolerance.

Recently, Mr. Immad completed a Post-Graduate Diploma in “Islamic Banking and Takaful” from the “Centre for Islamic Economics”, expanding his research interests into Islamic finance and its applications in business and management studies.
