Dr. Muhammad Junaid Rabbani received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with a focus on
nonlinear control from the National University of Sciences and Technology, Pakistan, M.S. in
Electrical Engineering from Karlstad University, Sweden, and B.E. in Electronics Engineering
from Hamdard University, Pakistan. Dr. Rabbani is currently an Assistant Professor at the
National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences – FAST, Pakistan, where his
research interests include nonlinear control of wheeled mobile robots, robust control, high-
gain observer design for nonholonomic systems. In recognition of his outstanding
contributions, Dr. Rabbani was awarded the Best Paper Award at the 2022 IEEE 12th
International Conference on Control System, Computing, and Engineering (ICCSCE) held in
Malaysia.
