Ms. Aqsa Fayyaz is a Lecturer at FAST National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (FAST-NUCES). She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the Institute of Professional Psychology (IPP), Bahria University, Karachi Campus.
With a strong academic foundation, Ms. Fayyaz brings a diverse teaching approach, having worked with individuals from varied backgrounds and addressing a range of mental health and learning-related challenges. Her teaching methodology integrates psychological theory with practical insights, fostering a comprehensive learning environment for students.
In addition to her teaching role, Ms. Fayyaz actively supports student well-being through on-campus counseling services, focusing on emotional and academic development. Her dedication to creating a supportive academic environment is reflected in her commitment to promoting mental health awareness and providing students with the tools to thrive.
Ms. Fayyaz has also served as a Course Instructor at PNS Shifa Hospital, where she contributed to the academic development of students in psychological education. Her research interests include the early identification and intervention of mental health issues in students, particularly related to learning difficulties, academic stress, and fostering resilience. She is passionate about developing strategies that enhance both the academic and personal success of students.
