Ms. Zehra Mukhtiar holds an MS degree in Management Sciences with a specialization in Finance, and a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. She is currently appointed as a Lecturer at the FAST School of Management Sciences, National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (NUCES), Karachi.
With a strong foundation in finance, she brings a unique blend of academic and industry experience. Prior to joining academia, she worked in the capital market for nearly three years, where she contributed to financial analysis, investment strategies, and operations. She was also associated with two key projects of the State Bank of Pakistan, further strengthening her exposure to the regulatory and developmental aspects of the financial sector.
At FAST, she is actively involved in teaching core business courses, mentoring students, and contributing to institutional development through her roles in academic coordination, student societies, and industry liaison. Her transition from industry to academia reflects her commitment to bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application in business education.
